Return Policy

We sell print-on-demand products. This means each product is unique and produced only after your order. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.

However, if you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, Witty Doodads will offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Timelines and Processing

Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

Reprint processing: Reprints will be processed within 3 business days. We will send new tracking info when it ships.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable laws.
